You changed your life. Now it’s time to change what’s been driving it.

You changed your circumstances. You changed your behaviors. You’ve done an enormous amount of work on yourself. But changing what happens on the outside doesn’t automatically change the emotional patterns you’ve carried for years.
You may understand where these patterns came from. But understanding them intellectually is not always the same as being free from them.
There is another level of freedom available to me.
For 12 weeks, six women will come together in a private, intimate experience focused on one thing: becoming emotionally free enough to create the next chapter of your life.
We’ll look beneath anxiety, anger, sadness, resentment, overwhelm, perfectionism, disconnection and self-doubt—not simply to manage them, but to understand what keeps activating them.
I’m Ready to Explore What’s NextYou’re capable, responsible, and accustomed to handling life. But the strategies that helped you become successful may not be the strategies that take you where you want to go next.
Work harder. Think harder. Control more. Push through. Handle it yourself.
Those strategies may have taken you very far. They may not be able to take you where you’re going next.
Who am I when I no longer have to organize my life around old fears?
Recognize the patterns beneath anxiety, anger, control, perfectionism, people-pleasing, resentment and overthinking.
Learn to experience difficult emotions without immediately reacting, fixing, escaping, controlling or shutting down.
Strengthen boundaries, recognize your needs, communicate directly and stop relying on other people’s reactions to determine whether you’re okay.
Separate who you truly are from the coping patterns, roles, expectations and fears you’ve carried for years.
This isn’t about collecting more information. It’s about practicing a different way of living.
Sometimes another woman recognizes our pattern before we can see it ourselves. Sometimes we hear our own story in someone else’s experience. And sometimes being surrounded by women equally committed to growth gives us the courage to change something we’ve tolerated for years.
We meet online once a week for approximately one hour. Each week builds on the work before it.
I understand myself better.
I trust myself more.
I don’t have to react to every feeling I experience.
I can set boundaries without drowning in guilt.
I don’t have to control everything in order to feel safe.
I know what I need.
I am no longer allowing old patterns to make decisions about my future.
That is emotional freedom.
Licensed Addictions Counselor | Executive Women’s Coach
For nearly two decades, Tamara has worked with women navigating addiction, recovery, relationships, emotional patterns and major life transitions.
Her work goes beyond simply changing behavior. She helps women understand what is driving the behavior underneath the surface—the beliefs, fears, emotional patterns, relationship dynamics and coping strategies that often remain long after an external problem has changed.
The Next Chapter brings that deeper work into a small, intimate setting for women ready to stop merely managing themselves and begin experiencing greater emotional freedom.
I started working with Tamara after becoming sober. At the time, I felt alone on my journey and didn’t fully understand what living without alcohol really meant. Through Tamara’s coaching, I’ve learned that sobriety is so much more than simply not drinking—it’s about creating an emotionally healthy, fulfilling life.
Her programs have given me community, strength, and the reminder that none of us are alone.
Enrollment is intentionally limited to six women so each participant receives the depth, attention and intimacy this work requires.
Applications are private and confidential.
It begins the moment you decide you are no longer willing to carry the same patterns into another year.
