A Private 3-Day Women's Emotional Mastery Retreat
You may have changed your circumstances. Changed your relationship with alcohol. Changed relationships. Changed careers. Started setting boundaries. Read the books. Gone to therapy. Learned about yourself.
And yet there may still be places where you feel stuck.
Maybe anxiety still runs more of your life than you'd like. Maybe you find yourself trying to control everything around you. Maybe you understand your patterns intellectually—but still find yourself repeating them.
Maybe you're exhausted from being the capable one. Maybe perfectionism keeps telling you that whatever you do isn't quite enough.
The Next Chapter Retreat is an intimate three-day experience designed to give you that space.
Imagine waking up in a beautiful Scottsdale home without rushing anywhere.
Your morning begins with gentle movement, meditation and breathwork. You eat nourishing food. You sit with a small group of women who are also ready to have honest conversations about their lives.
We explore the patterns underneath the anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, control and pressure.
And then we step outside.
Hike. Swim. Play pickleball. Sit in the hot tub. Laugh. Rest. Talk.
In the evening, we'll gather around the table for a beautiful healthy dinner prepared by a private chef.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Yoga is wonderful. Meditation is powerful. Breathwork helps us slow down and reconnect.
But The Next Chapter goes deeper.
Together, we'll explore emotional patterns that may have been operating underneath the surface of your life for years.
Instead of asking: “How do I make this feeling go away?”
We'll begin asking:Your retreat intentionally balances deeper emotional work with movement, connection, play and rest.
Explore the thoughts, beliefs and emotional patterns influencing how you feel, react and make decisions.
Begin the day reconnecting with your body through intentional, gentle movement.
Practice creating space between your thoughts, emotions and automatic reactions.
Use intentional breathing practices to slow down, reconnect and become more present.
Hiking, pickleball, swimming and movement in the beautiful Arizona landscape.
Pool. Hot tub. Table tennis. Journaling. Conversation. Sunshine. Laughter. Or simply doing nothing.
There is something powerful about women sitting around a table together.
No rushing. No responsibilities waiting in the next room. Just conversation, connection and beautiful food.
Healthy dinners will be prepared by a private chef, giving us the opportunity to end our days together.
Because some of the most meaningful moments don't happen during the scheduled exercises.
They happen over dinner. On a walk. Beside the pool. Or during a conversation you didn't know you needed to have.
“I thought I was the only one who felt this way.”
This retreat is intentionally small.
There won't be 20 women. There won't be 30. There will be six.
That means more conversation, more individual attention, more vulnerability, more connection and more opportunity to do meaningful work.
You won't disappear into a crowd.
You will be known.

For nearly two decades, I've worked with women navigating addiction, recovery, relationships and the deeper emotional patterns that often remain long after circumstances change.
One thing I've learned again and again is this:
Understanding our patterns is important. But understanding alone doesn't always change them.
We have to learn how to experience emotions differently. How to tolerate discomfort without immediately fixing it. How to recognize what belongs to us—and what doesn't.
How to set boundaries. How to communicate what we need. How to stop allowing perfectionism, anxiety and fear to make our decisions.
And how to trust ourselves again.
That's the work we'll do together in Scottsdale.
That's not what I'm promising.
But three intentional days can create something incredibly valuable:
Space between a feeling and a reaction.
Space between what someone expects from you and what you actually want.
Space between an old belief and a new possibility.
Space between the woman you've needed to be...
and the woman you're becoming.
